Spam Posting - 1 day ban
Continuous Spam Post - 3 day ban
Out of Control - Perm Ban

Flooding - 2 day ban
Continuous Flooding - 4 day ban
Out of Control - Perm Ban

Impersonating an Administrator or Moderator from another forum - Perm Ban
Threatening Nuthin.Net- Perm Ban or Temp Ban depending on the problem.
Arrogant Behavior against Moderator or Admin - 1 to 4 day ban

The Ban List will be on Announcement.
It will be written as

username - action the user did - time of ban to time user gets unbanned

the forum time is in CE Time Zone
